Valley Salt Cave Booking Terms and Conditions
All Salt Sessions, Yoga and Events need to be paid for at the time of booking. In order to avoid no-shows, no exceptions will be made.
All appointments for Massages and Reiki require a credit card on file.
No Refunds or Exchanges.
Late Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for SALT SESSIONS, MASSAGES, REIKI and EVENTS are required 24 hours prior to the service or event. There will be a full charge for no-shows and cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the service or event.
Late cancellations or no shows after the cut-off period shall result in either (a) the loss of the session (for those clients with individual salt session packages) or (b) a charge of $20 to your account (for those clients with monthly memberships).
Enforcement Policy: Valley Salt Cave’s goal with this policy is simply to give more clients the opportunity to take sessions during our peak hours.
