Our community salt sessions can accommodate up to 12 guests, ages 10 and up. When you are in a salt session with other people, the environment is a quiet zone with no talking or cell phone use.
Relax in a comfortable zero gravity chair nestled in a warm cozy blanket. Your journey begins with an explanation of the benefits of dry salt therapy as you set your intention for your relaxing 45 minute Himalayan Salt session. Just sit back and breathe deeply in our dimly lit cave while listening to the gentle trickling of our salt water cascade. Drift away to the surrounding music while the salt nourishes your body.
If you have a group of 4 or more people, you can reserve the Large Salt Cave for your own private party or unique wellness retreat. To schedule a private group session, please call for further details.

Our Small Salt Room is a more intimate cave and comfortably seats up to 4 people and is always private.
The Salt Room is also where our younger guests, under 10 are welcome with their parents. Please call ahead to book if you are planning on bringing young children as we do not allow young children in the Community Salt Cave.
